Pics! What The– Anne Hathaway Wears Mom Jeans In NYC! Oct 24th 2012, 14:04 Oh Anne Hathaway. We know you’re a married lady now, but you don’t have to give in to the mom jeans so quickly. Fight it a little, just to say you tried. We caught up with Anne as she was leaving a music studio yesterday afternoon in New York City. Whatever she was up to, she wasn’t filming, so there’s no way we can blame those high-waisted wonders on a costume for a role. Hathaway looked like she’d stepped out of the worst part of 1991 in those pale, happy homemaker jeans. Our best guess: she was trying to go incognito, and thought a horrible outfit that no celeb would ever be caught dead wearing was a better route than sunglasses.
