Lots of drama over at Halle Berry’s house on Thanksgiving morning. And why not – it isn’t Thanksgiving without a fistfight, right?
Halle’s baby daddy Gabriel Aubry dropped off their daughter Nahla at Berry’s home in the morning – when he was approached by her fiance Olivier Martinez. Olivier told Gabriel, “We have to move on.” Last week a judge ruled against Halle’s petition to move to France with Nahla. It’s unknown if Oliver’s comment meant they had to move past all the fighting between Halle and Gabriel, or he wanted Gabriel to let them move to France. But whatever it was, it resulted in some major punches.
TMZ claims, “According to witnesses, Gabriel then pushed Olivier and threw a punch at his face, but Olivier blocked it and the punch struck him in the shoulder instead. We’re told Gabriel then pushed Olivier to the ground, and Olivier cold-cocked him in the face, and a struggle ensued, ending with Olivier pinning Gabriel to the ground.
In the struggle, Gabriel suffered a broken rib, contusions on his face, and possibly a more serious head injury. Olivier may have broken his hand and suffered neck injuries as well. There are conflicting accounts as to whether Gabriel was rendered unconscious in the fight.”
Both men wound up in the E.R. Gabriel was arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery. INF’s photographers found manly man Gabriel curled up in a pretty fleece blanket as he hid from the paps while being driven out of jail by a bail bondsman last night, who posted his $20,000 bail. A judge also issued a restraining order barring Gabriel from being within 100 feet of Halle, Olivier, and his daughter Nahla.
That’s a seriously bad Thanksgiving.
