Pics! Lindsay Lohan Leaves Her NYC Hotel Decked Out In Fur – Will Be Charged For Lying To Cops! Nov 6th 2012, 16:29 We caught up with Lindsay Lohan as she and little sister Ali left their NYC hotel last night to hit the town. Lindsay was decked out in a fur vest and hat – hey it’s cold out! What’s she supposed to do, wear a parka? Luckily it was one of the rare nights when LiLo didn’t find herself in any trouble – but that doesn’t mean she’s not paying for past crimes. According to our buds at TMZ, Lindsay’s going to be charged with lying to police after she claimed she wasn’t the one driving her Porsche when it crashed into an 18-wheeler over the summer. Tons of eyewitnesses saw her driving – and saw her switching places with her assistant. Since Lohan’s on parole for stealing jewelry, the misdemeanor charge could have some serious consequences for her. We doubt she’ll actually end up behind bars, but hey, we can hope! Exclusive Pics!
