Selena Gomez appeared to go through a range of emotions over the weekend – and who can blame her? Late Friday it was confirmed that she and Justin Bieber had broken up – though Selena at least did the dumping. Supposedly it’s all due to her “trust issues.” Too bad, because most girls would be totally cool with their boyfriends chilling with lingerie-clad Victoria’s Secret models.
Ever the professional, Gomez still had work to do, and she got down to business. INF’s photogs caught up with her as she hit up a Kmart in White Plains, New York, where she launched her new clothing line Dream Out Loud. Selena managed to put on a smile, but we like to imagine she was breaking down inside. Not because we’re heartless jerks, we’re just really, really dramatic.
Back in NYC later on, Gomez looked much less happy outside her hotel. And who could blame her – the dream of ridiculous mop-topped Bieber babies is now over. We’d be curled up in a corner of the hotel lobby, sobbing into a potted plant if we were in Selena’s shoes.
